Here is a habit of happiness to remember in relationships:
REMEMBER THE BEST AND FORGET THE REST!

How do you do that?

You choose to be grateful for the good times you’ve had together and choose to forget the bad times. When you stop being grateful for your spouse, your co-workers, or your neighbors you are in for a slide in relationships.

When you think of the people in your life, do you think of gratitude?
Remembering others with gratitude is a habit we have to develop.

That will lead us to having joy (happiness) when we think about them.

“In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy” (Philippians 1:4, NIV)

Am I suggesting that we have selective memories?
