Read this Scripture out loud as you pray for your family:

“And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.” (1 John 5:14-15, NLT)

Pray:
“Heavenly Father, help me to have enough faith to believe you will answer my prayers for my family. Give me the patience to wait for your answers to appear. Keep me from giving up or taking matters into my own hands. Instead, help me to learn and know that you have heard my prayers and you will answer in your perfect way and timing. Thank you that my prayers for my family pleases you and you will answer.

Almighty God, we worship you for who you are and for what you have done for us. You have given us strength, power, purpose and all that we need. We claim your faithfulness in the past as a down-payment that you will “…accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” (Ephesians 3:20, NLT) We praise you for your promise to never forsake us and that your presence will always be with us as we move into the future. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”

“Jesus asked, “Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?” Then he pointed to his disciples and said, “Look, these are my mother and brothers. Anyone who does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother!”” (Matthew 12:48-50, NLT)

“Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with mockers. But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night. They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.” (Psalm 1:1-3, NLT)
